2．在用戶使用過程中，發現故障問題或用戶要求開機調試，在接到用戶反饋信息的4小時內響應，初步判斷故障原因，電話聯系用戶是上門服務還是電話指導用戶自行解決。
3．在產品包修期內，凡需上門服務的省（市）內用戶（含駐外辦事處所在省）24小時以內到達，用戶有特殊需求的可以協商，其他省市力爭48小時以內到達。
4．機床售出后用戶終身享有維修維護及平價配件供應。
5．我公司不定期安排人員對產品進行質量跟蹤，無論包修期內還是包修期外，用戶將享受我公司額外服務。

2. During the process of use, when users find failures or users require startup debugging, response within 4 hours after receiving the feedback information of users. Initially determine the cause of failure, then contact users by telephone to provide on-the-spot service or guide users to solve.

3. Within product warranty period, the users in the province (city) (including the provinces where the offices abroad are) requiring on-the-spot service shall arrive within 24 hours. In case of special needs required by users, it can be negotiated. For other provinces and cities, strive to arrive within 48 hours.
